Question 1

What should I do if a gift-card payment fails?

Accepted Answer

Do not retry repeatedly if you are unsure whether payment completed. Check for a confirmation first, then contact support with the relevant reference if needed.

Question 2

Can I get a refund for a gift card?

Accepted Answer

Refund eligibility depends on the gift-card terms, redemption status and applicable consumer rules. Contact support with the gift reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

Question 3

What happens to unused gift-card value?

Accepted Answer

The remaining value follows the terms of that gift programme, including any expiry and residual-balance rules shown with the gift.

Question 4

Can a redeemed amount be reversed?

Accepted Answer

A completed redemption is not automatically reversible. Any correction or refund must be reviewed under the merchant and gift programme rules.
